Influences: Gideon shares tracks that inspired ‘Return To Cybertron’

Gideon started producing in the mid 90s, coding samples on a numerical based software. Keeping things simple in the studio with very little to none hardware, Gideon has a less is more attitude – leading him to the launch of his Lessismore imprint in 2003 alongside MBC. Based in the Netherlands, Lessismore Recordings has released the likes of Anticlub, Gui Boratto, Heiko Laux and various compilations. Now Gideon returns to his famed imprint for a 20-track album that pays homage to the immense world of eighties science fiction in a deeply experimental, nuanced piece of work. Released today, Gideon shares tracks that inspired his latest collection of work.
