“Late night in a dark smoked out club. Trippy percussive and heavy.”
Based between Brooklyn and Puerto Rico, Tano is the founder of record label In Armatura where he has been self-releasing a string of EPs for the last three years. Now he lands on Glasgow-based label Redstone Press with a killer four-track EP, ’10-11’, which was inspired by the psychedelic rave energy of Freerotation and features remixes from Tomb and Delay Grounds who all started making music around the same and connected through sharing said music. Aside from his productions, Tano’s been DJing consistently for the four years, with key dates including Mizz Softee, Analog Soul at Bossa Nova Civic Club, Hot Mass and hyper_k in the US as well as dates in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Berlin.
’10-11’ by Tano is out now via Redstone Press – buy here.
